MIDDLETON–A former Middleton High School (MHS) senior is released on bond this week after being charged with sexual assault of 14-year-old girl in the town of Middleton.

Mohammad K. Aldachach, 18, was charged Monday in Dane County Court with second-degree sexual assault of child on Nov. 21.

A 16-year-old student at MHS was also charged in the incident.

The criminal complaint alleged:

The assault occurred at the home of a 16-year-old MHS student in the 700 block of Schiller Ct.

The girl victim told authorities that she had been sexually assaulted by twice by Aldachach and three times by the 16-old-year acquaintance. The assaults began sometime after 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 21 and continued until 3 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

The boy and Aldachach had been smoking marijuana through a vaporizer device and gave it to her as well to use.

She said she became very high after from smoking the vape pen and the boy and too high to refuse. Aldachach and the 16-year-old boy both had sex with her while she was high.

The 16-year-old alleged assailant drove the girl home at about 6:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving. She did not tell her mother until Nov. 23 that she had gone to the home of the 16-year-old boy where Aldachach also present.

A medical examination was performed and tearing and scratching injuries to the girl’s interior and cervix were observed. Sperm also was recovered during the exam.

A Dane County sheriff’s detective interviewed a friend of the girl who said she had arranged with Aldachach to go to the 16-year-old boy’s house after a basketball game at the high school.

Aldachach picked up both girls after the game and drove to the boy’s house on Schiller Ct. where they watched a movie and smoked the vape pen.

The girl who arranged the evening was picked up by her father at about 11:30 p.m.

The girl showed the detective a Nov. 23 Snapchat message from Aldachach in which he said he and the boy had sex with the girl victim.

In other messages, Aldachach admitted to feeling awful for what he did and regrets it.

In a Nov. 26 interview, the girl victim repeated the Thanksgiving eve account her friend had told authorities. She added she didn’t want to see her parents after getting high on the vape pen, which she inhaled from about six times.

After the victim girl’s friend went upstairs with Aldachach, the 16-year-old boy took off her pants and his and had sex with her.

“I was so out of it, so tired, I didn’t know what to do,” the girl stated.

The victim girl said she put her pants back on and then the boy’s mother came downstairs and said the other girl’s dad was in the driveway to take her home.

The boy had sex again with the victim girl.

Aldachach came downstairs, took the victim girl into a bathroom and had sex with her.

She said she never had sex before and felt sad and kind of gave up.

“I went with what they wanted to do to get it over with,” she said.

The boy admitted to a detective to having sex with the girl.

Aldachach initially denied ever being alone with the girl but then admitted to having protected sex with her.

The boy was not identified in the complaint but was referred to juvenile court for adjudication.

Aldachach was in custody for a Nov. 28 bond hearing and was released on a $500 signature bond Monday after appearing before a court commissioner.

He is not to have contact with the girl victim or the boy or be in school when they are.

His case is set for a status conference on Jan. 7.

If convicted of the charged offense, Aldachach faces maximum penalties of 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.

Middleton-Cross Plains Superintendent George Mavroulis would not comment on the criminal case but in a written statement said:

“Our focus is on caring for the female student and her family. As a district, we strongly encourage our students to come forward anytime they see, hear about, or are a victim of an assault.”
